WHO WE ARE
More than 20 years for professional production of disposable medical devices and export to various destinations globally, Emerald has the diversified products both sterile and non-sterile items such as surgical drapes, surgical gowns, surgical packs, back table covers, AAMI isolation gowns, PE isolation gowns, patient gowns, coveralls, headwear, footwear, face masks, sterilization wraps, bandages, etc. Our operations have been promoted the investment by Thailand Board of Investment with capacity expansion capability to supply the needs of customers extensively.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
In reality, many deaths are not caused directly by the disease itself but by complications caused by surgical infections, therefore more attention should be paid to the safety of consumables used in the operation rooms. Emerald Nonwovens not only strictly regulate the behavior and clothing of factory employees but also has high requirements for product quality.
Emerald Nonwovens has established a respectable reputation in the industry by our high-quality products and services that meet customers’ needs. As a result, Emerald Nonwovens has earned several professional licenses, among which the Gold certificate of compliance issued by the Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP). The objective of the WRAP certification program is to independently supervise and certify factories so that the sewing textiles are manufactured in a legalized, humanized, and moralized manner.

OUR PRODUCTS
Our products are divided into 3 levels. The basic products include isolation gowns, middle-level products involve surgical gowns and masks, and top-level products involve the medical devices used in the operating room Most of our highest-level medical devices come from Asian regions such as China, Thailand, and Indonesia, supplying up to 80% of the world’s medical appliances.
